shipping. All items are shipped UPS or USPS within 48 hours after purchase. All orders are carefully and appropriately packaged based upon the item(s) being shipped. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance, a quote will be provided, please email us. If choosing to insure your package, delivery with a signature required is standard, so be sure to select a shipping address where someone is available to sign for your package. If you require expedited shipping, please email us directly for a quote. 

International shipping is available, but may be subject to additional fees and custom duties. Please note that international customers are responsible for all of these fees. By law, we must mark international packages as "Merchandise".

Swoon (Lori Warner Studio/Gallery, LLC) is not responsible for any lost and abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout. You may pursue damage/loss claims via the shipping provider.

exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us of your intent to exchange your item within 21 days of receipt, with arrival back to us no more than 30 days after receipt of item. We offer exchanges and store credit upon our receipt of the item. We will keep a record of your credit, and send a confirmation email with details. To redeem your credit, simply contact us and provide your name. We'll manually input your order to apply your credit. Hopefully this process will become easier as we work out the kinks, but know that your record of credit will be kept updated on our end at all times. Items must be unused and returned in original retail packaging, and sent with care. We maintain the right to decline an exchange if item(s) isn't in an acceptable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and damage or lost items incurred during return shipping. Our apologies, but we do not accept returns, only exchanges and credit as stated above.

Our Email List. We offer those who sign up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, store openings and other Swoon / Lori Warner Studio/Gallery news. At the very most we send 12 emails per year, although it's more like six-eight (we're hoping to get better!). If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, there is a link to do so on the bottom of each email we send. Please recognize that you may receive another email before the system is able to remove you.
