Drawing inspiration from the exquisite materials she works with, Mandy is ever searching for new and stunning combinations that, once realized as a finished work and placed on the body, will empower its wearer with a sense of beauty, strength and femininity.
Mandy’s jewelry making career began in 2000 and has extended from Philadelphia where she graduated from the University of the Arts with a BFA in Craft/Metals, to NYC where she worked in production at Thenthousandthings, and finally back to CT where she opened her own Studio. In 2009 she launched her collection of limited edition and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, under the name leiva and in 2020, Mandy re-branded as Adorn.
